What a wonderful way to look at a book. You really are transported into someone else’s mind, their story, their words. It’s a very different experience to reading articles online now isn’t it? Thanks so much for sharing with #candidcuddles it’s lovely to have you link up every week!! x

  2. That is an amazing quotation. I love books and reading but stupidly have never really thought of it as my connection to the past or to a person from a completely different way of life. I always get transported by the characters on the page and never really think of the person behind the book. We are lucky that Little Miss H loves books and reading (although she is only 28 months and can’t really read) as much as we do. But it is always excellent to have tips on how to get your little un’s to develop a love of the written word. Thanks for sharing with #SundaysStars. I am sorry it has taken me so long to comment.
